East College Park Neighborhood Project
The Housing and Neighborhoods Department has selected three areas of Raleigh to focus revitalization efforts. These neighborhoods are East College Park, Martin/Haywood, and Idlewild Avenue. Homes built in these areas will benefit low- and moderate-income families who meet HUD’s income limits.
C.B. Pugh Enterprises was one of the builders to do the East College Park neighborhood.
Luxury Home Project
Beautiful 2,700 sf new luxury home built in Garner, NC in 2019. Stone and brick exterior, large kitchen with high end appliances, 3 car garage, beautiful hardwood floors and tile throughout the home.
Durham - Addition
With this home located in Durham, NC, C.B. Pugh Enterprise did an addition to the back of the home. The new addition that will be used as an office space that is 341 sf next to the back deck with a side walk added leading to the door of the addition.
Cary - Basement Finished
A finished 1,300sf basement project done in Cary, NC in 2009.
